In her sixties, Alice became a certified yoga instructor, tried skydiving, and repelled down a 22-storey building. Now, at nearly 80 years old, she’s still going strong, teaching seven fitness classes each week, including yoga, chair yoga, and strength and mobility.
Beyond her fitness work, Alice is a devoted volunteer in her community. She serves on the steering committee of Regina’s Age-Friendly organization, working to enhance the quality of life for older adults by improving transportation, housing, and social activity accessibility. Alice is also involved with Creative Kids, a charity that helps children access music lessons, art classes, and drama programs, playing a vital role as both a fundraiser and adjudicator.
